Greek Yogurt Egg Salad

Make this creamy and delicious salad made from Greek yogurt.

Total Time: 25 minutes

Serving’s size: 3

Ingredients:

8 eggs

2 cups Arugula

Salt as taste

2 sliced Tomatoes

1 tbsp. mayonnaise

1 tsp. dried dill

2/3 cup Greek Yogurt

1 thin sliced and halve Avocado

1 cut and toasted Baguette

Half tsp. black pepper

Directions:

1. In a pan, boil the eggs on a medium flame for 12 minutes.

2. Drain the water and put the eggs in cold water, and leave it for cooling.

3. Remove the eggshell and mashed them roughly in a bog bowl.

4. After that, mix salt, dill, Greek yogurt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Combine well.

5. Now, add tomatoes, avocado, and arugula to the mixture.

6. Put the baguette pieces on a plate of salad. After that, put the egg mixture on it.

7. Serve it and enjoy. You can also use it as a spread for sandwiches.
